Basque country climate

The Basque Country has a wonderfully mild climate with few extremes of temperature or weather conditions when the seasons change. Theclimate, the influence of the sea, and because of the different landscapes the climate is a little variable. In winter the temperature is like 0-10 degrees and in summer like 20-35 degrees.  http://www.sat24.com/sp

Frisian climate

Friesland has a maritime climate, with cool summers and mild winters. The average temperature is 2° in January and 19° in July, with an annual average of about 10° C . Clouds generally appear every day, and in the winter months fog often abounds, while rainfall occurs frequently. Average annual rainfall is about 76.5 cm. The mild, damp climate is ideal for dairying and livestock raising, but the limited sunshine restricts the growing of food crops.
